Welcome to RecX Outdoor Recreational Expo (“RecX,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, registering as an exhibitor or sponsor, or volunteering with RecX, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in any RecX activities or events.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, submitting registration information, or attending the RecX Outdoor Recreational Expo, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable guidelines posted by RecX. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or participate in the event.
2. Event Participation
A. Attendees
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by RecX.
- Tickets are valid only for the date(s) and time(s) listed and may not be resold or transferred for profit.
- Attendees must comply with all event rules, signage, and staff directions at all times.
- RecX reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for disorderly, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.
B. Exhibitors
- Exhibitors must comply with setup and breakdown schedules, booth guidelines, and all event rules.
- Exhibitor space assignments are at the discretion of RecX and may change as needed for logistical reasons.
- Exhibitors are responsible for their own equipment, products, and displays. RecX is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor property.
- All marketing and promotional materials must be appropriate for a family-friendly audience and pre-approved if required.
C. Sponsors
- Sponsorship benefits and deliverables will be outlined in individual sponsorship agreements.
- Sponsors must provide logos, materials, and other deliverables by the agreed deadlines.
- RecX reserves the right to refuse or remove sponsorships that conflict with event values or policies.
D. Volunteers
- Volunteers agree to follow all safety, conduct, and role-specific instructions provided by RecX staff.
- Volunteer participation is at-will and may be ended by either party at any time.
- Volunteers are not employees of RecX and will not receive wages, benefits, or insurance coverage.
3. Payments and Refunds
- Payments for tickets, exhibitor booths, and sponsorships must be made through RecX’s
approved payment system. - In the event of postponement or date changes, purchased tickets or booth registrations
will automatically transfer to the new event date.
4. Event Changes or Cancellations
- RecX reserves the right to modify event details (including schedule, venue, layout, or content) due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
- If the event is canceled, the liability of RecX is limited to refunding the cost of the ticket, booth, or sponsorship fee paid — no additional compensation will be provided.
5. Liability and Assumption of Risk
By attending or participating in the RecX Outdoor Recreational Expo, you acknowledge and
accept that:
- Outdoor activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to weather conditions, terrain, or physical exertion.
- You participate at your own risk and agree to release RecX, its affiliates, sponsors, and volunteers from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the event.
6. Photography, Video, and Media
By entering the event area, you grant RecX permission to use your image, likeness, and voice in promotional materials, photos, or recordings related to the event.
7. Code of Conduct
All participants (attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and volunteers) are expected to:
- Act respectfully toward others, including staff, guests, and vendors.
- Refrain from offensive, discriminatory, or unsafe behavior.
- Follow all event rules, posted safety rules, RecX staff directions, and local regulations.
Violation of this code may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All RecX branding, logos, website content, and materials are protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute RecX’s intellectual property without written permission.

Your use of our website and participation in RecX events is also governed by our Privacy Policy
