Exhibitor FAQ
How much does it cost to be an Exhibitor?
- Indoor booths: 10′ × 8′ space for $650.00 each.
- Outdoor lots: 50’ x 25’ space starts at $1,000.00. Discounts per additional spaces (see Exhibitor Guide for more information)
- A 50% deposit is due upon approval, and full payment must be made by January 30, 2026 to appear in the official Show Guide.
What are the important 2026 exhibitor deadlines?
Jan 30: Final exhibitor payment due
Feb 27: Request liability insurance certificate
Mar 13: Last day for name badge requests
Apr 1: Order tents, tables, or additional power
Apr 15: Certificate of insurance due
Apr 30 (5 p.m.): Setup complete
May 3 (3 p.m.): Breakdown begins
What are the setup hours?
Outdoor Exhibitors: April 27–30, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Indoor Exhibitors: April 29–30, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
What are the breakdown hours?
Breakdown starts Sunday, May 3 at 3 p.m.
Breakdown ends Sunday, May 3 at 5 p.m.
Can Exhibitors break down early?
No. Early breakdowns are strictly prohibited. Breaking down before Sunday, May 3 at 3 p.m. violates show policy and may result in exclusion from future expos. Exhibitors must stay open for the duration of show hours to maintain event safety and professionalism.
What’s included with booth space?
Each exhibitor receives:
- One 110 v / 20-amp electrical outlet.
- Basic parking pass.
- Listing in the official Show Guide (if paid by Jan 30).
Exhibitors need to rent or bring own tents, tables, chairs, and carpet if needed.
Are product sales allowed during the show?
Yes, exhibitors may sell products on-site, provided:
- Items can be carried by one person.
- Larger items must remain in place until after the show closes Sunday.
What are the insurance requirements?
A $1,000,000 public liability policy is required. The certificate must list Rec-X, LLC, the City of Moultrie, and Sunbelt Agricultural Exposition as additional insured. The COI must be submitted by Wednesday, April 15, 2026.

Can I bring my own food and beverages?
An exhibitor lounge will be available with food vendors for the exclusive use of exhibitors. Complimentary coffee and water will be provided by RecX.
