Accessibility Parking
Requests for special parking passes must be submitted prior to the show and are granted at the discretion of RecX management. Spaces are limited, and early requests are encouraged to ensure accommodation.
Mobility and ADA Access
RecX is committed to providing accessibility for all guests:
Permitted Mobility Devices: Wheelchairs and medical motorized scooters are welcome throughout the event grounds.
Prohibited Vehicles: Golf carts, riding lawn mowers, and other motorized vehicles are not allowed for ADA transportation purposes.
Mobility Rentals: ADA-approved transportation rentals can be arranged through Vista Mobility at (262) 677-2696.
First Aid and Emergency Assistance
First Aid facilities are located in the Security/International Business Center next to Expo Headquarters and in front of the Spence Field Community Center.
For emergencies, dial 911 — this connects directly to the on-site Moultrie Police Department, located in the International Business Center beside Expo Headquarters.
Service Animal Policy
For the safety and comfort of all guests and exhibitors:
No pets are allowed on the event grounds.
Service animals are permitted and must remain leashed at all times.
RecX follows the ADA’s definition of a service animal.
Definition of a Service Animal
A service animal is defined as a dog or miniature horse (height between 24–36 inches at the shoulder) that is individually trained to perform specific tasks or work for the benefit of a person with a disability. Disabilities may include physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental impairments.
Animals Not Considered Service Animals
The following do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted on event grounds:
Therapy animals
Comfort or emotional support animals
Companion animals
“Social” or “therapy” pets
